Supported browsers

Not all browsers work the same

Not all browsers work with underlying components or display in quite the same way, so for you and your team to have the best Elements experience, we recommend you use one of the supported web browsers.

Current browser roadmap

We will fully support only the vendor supported browsers.

  • Google Chrome. Latest version is fully supported and we recommend it for the best performance.
  • Internet Explorer: We only support IE 11 and higher. We will not be supporting earlier than IE11. Microsoft have stopped support for all versions prior to IE11.
  • Firefox: Latest version is fully supported.
  • Safari: Not currently (fully) supported. It works well, but there are some quirky edge cases. We strongly suggest that Mac users work with Chrome, but we will be fully supporting Safari in the future.

We will let you know when we are happy to recommend expanded support and they will be listed here from then on.

Update your web browsers

It is generally a best practice to keep all of your web browsers updated to the latest version to ensure that any webpage you visit will render properly for you.

These links should take you the page where you can download or update to the latest version of the supported browsers:
